What Starter is

TenderScope Starter is a monthly subscription for daily email monitoring of Cyprus searches saved in this browser workspace. Search, the business profile and match explanations stay available without paying. EU Pro is not offered. Every tender links to the official TED notice. TenderScope is not the contracting authority and is not affiliated with the EU.

Price

The page shows €39 per month as the intended Starter price. Live Checkout requires an active recurring Stripe price of €39 per month. The tax configuration is described below.

Payment

Stripe Checkout collects the company name, country, billing address, and a tax ID where Stripe supports that collection. This site does not store card numbers. Returning from Checkout does not activate the subscription. Subscription status is stored only from a verified Stripe webhook. Daily monitoring starts only when that status is active or trialing for the configured Starter price. Live charges stay off until the operator sets ENABLE_LIVE_PAYMENTS=true.

Cancellation

Use Manage billing on the pricing section. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling there is what stops future charges. Deleting the browser workspace does not cancel Stripe billing, and the app blocks workspace deletion while a subscription is still open.

Tax

VAT treatment is not configured. Set STRIPE_TAX_MODE to automatic, manual, or none before accepting payment. This app does not choose a tax rate.
