Payments: Stripe. Checkout and the Customer Portal run on Stripe. TenderScope stores the Stripe customer id, subscription id, price id, status and period end that a verified webhook sends. It does not store card numbers. Stripe’s own privacy notice applies to data Stripe processes as the payment provider.

Email: Resend. Resend receives the business email and message content only when email is configured and the workspace has opted in. A confirmation email is sent before address verification; daily digests also require a confirmed address and an active or trialing Starter subscription reported by a verified Stripe webhook.

What is stored

An essential, random browser cookie connects you to your workspace for up to 180 days. We store the business profile you submit, your saved searches, email confirmation status and records of delivered notices. Clearing the cookie removes access, not the server records. No password or cross-device account is provided. The product is for businesses only.

Product measurement

We record landing views, searches, profile completion, tender opens, pricing views and upgrade clicks, linked to a random workspace identifier. Event data contains market, plan and counts, not search text, email or company name. Events are retained for up to 90 days. Inactive workspaces are removed after 180 days when the service starts, unless an open Stripe subscription still needs the billing portal. There are no third-party analytics scripts.

External services

Search terms, market and CPV are sent from our server to the official TED API at api.ted.europa.eu. Your business email is not sent to TED. Each result links to the official notice on ted.europa.eu. Subscription status on this site comes only from a verified Stripe webhook.

Email and control

Daily digests require your opt-in, email confirmation, and an active or trialing Starter subscription. Remove a saved search to stop its alerts, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or withdraw email consent in your profile. Cancel the subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal. You can delete your profile, saved searches and related product events with “Delete my workspace” in the footer after the subscription is no longer open. This does not automatically remove provider delivery logs or hosting backups.

Tax

VAT treatment is not configured. Set STRIPE_TAX_MODE to automatic, manual, or none before accepting payment. This app does not choose a tax rate.

Source limitations

Notices come from TED; coverage is not exhaustive for domestic procurement. Match scores reflect preferences, not eligibility. Sample mode is clearly labelled and never used for email alerts. See also Terms.
